It's a character from a forum based RP that was freaking epic. :D It started out as a school-based game, then most of the NPC's disappeared and people were getting experimented on, and Jolene got turned into a cat girl (I was all "WHAT?! OH GOD THAT'S SO STUPID!" but I ran with it... and now she's my favorite character. XD)
It turned into a 'kill the bad guys and bust out of the school compound before the end zone or die' sort of scenario and it was... well, really cheesy, but it was also the most fun that I've had in RP for a while. The mod went on to make a sequel and events had flipped forward... Jolene was never actually convicted of anything, but I imagine that she would probably have gone in with all of the other characters for the vast amount of harming and damaging property that they wound up doing over the course of the previous game. X3
